I'm strong enough in my beliefs to be able to be around others who don't see everything exactly the same way I do. I have friends who I can disagree with, and we are still friends. If they are too weak to be able to hear a dissenting point of view, that's on them. If they want to cut all ties, then I really don't see that as a loss. If they want to make amends later, then the onus is on them to make contritions and admit they were wrong.

Yeah, it's a wrap instead of paint. Don't think that matters to those that find this in incredibly bad taste at least, and utter contempt for the good citizens of NYC at worst. Bottom line, it should never have been approved.

But they voted for him. Or at least the Muslim community and the blue haired useful idiots did. And that was enough plus whatever ballot box stuffing took place.

The best the city of NY can hope for is his track record is so bad, he doesn't win re-election. But I have the feeling he will abandon the sinking ship and run for governor, which coincides with the end of his term as mayor. Then he can go on to wreck the whole state.

The distinction has nothing to do with wrap vs paint. The story as told / implied is NOT true. This was one of many train cars decorated with the flags of countries participating in the World Cup soccer tournament.
