That’s a perfect reason why people like her should never be in power. So out of touch with the reality of war. A lot of people could die waiting for congress to make a decision on what they know nothing about. Benghazi comes to mind, but was a cover up.
She doesn't understand the most basic military concept known as "Chain of Command." In the military, you NEVER EVER skip the CoC. E-V-E-R.

That’s pretty well a no no in civilian lifer too.
It's not a no-no. It's officially not tolerated, and will land you in hot water in the military.

Yeah, the CoC has no skipping steps. If the Chief doesn't take it to the DivO, it's not ok to take it there yourself. And so on all the way up.
