I noticed nothing was mentioned about the private sale of firearms. Apparently, their law for private sale transactions is it must go through and FFL.. i seriously doubt that's regular practice. I know if Im gonna sell a gun to someone through PS, its not my place to make them jump through hoops.
 
In 2018 they passed a law ( CRS 18-12-112) requiring all transfers other than
to family to go thru an FFL. I left there in 2015 after the "2013 ban" on
magazines over 15 rounds went into effect. In 2014 Magpul was selling
AR mags to us who were "behind enemy lines" in 5 packs at a discount. I
decided then to unass the state because all the ads they had sent to CA
advertising how great it was there had paid off and the liberal hordes were
arriving daily.As I recall Magpul bailed in Jan-Feb 2015 to Cheyenne WY.

Yes. Apparently it's racist to ask for ID before allowing someone their right to vote, but it’s ok to force me to pay for some stupid class and have me get permission from my local Sheriff, who can charge any fee he wants just for the privilege of asking his permission for me to exercise my right to bear arms.
