Applicants will be required to take a test at the end of the training and will need to score 90% or better to pass. Their information will be entered into a state database that will also be available to gun dealers. Those who pass will be able to purchase a gun for the next five years, after which point they will have to redo their training.

Gun ownership is a right and not a privilege. What part of ……..the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed do they not understand.

“They” will keep doing this until the federal government gets a backbone and squashes them. They have overstepped their authority by restricting speech that they don’t like, ignoring immigration laws to increase their number of representatives, and our God given right to defend ourselves against a tyrannical government all in the name of safety and democracy. Who are the nazis now.

"They" THINK that our Rights are GRANTED by the Constitution. Really... they do. Because they SAY it ALL THE TIME. With that belief and basis, they ALSO think that those Rights can be TAKEN AWAY by edict, legislation, or just sheer will.

Quoting myself: "Your Rights cannot be taken away. They can only be SURRENDERED."

They are God given rights, but the elites on the left don’t recognize God. They give “respect” to islam because it is a religion of submission but the God of the Holy Bible offers freedom, and they don’t like that.

It's not even the thing about God given Rights. To them, God's got nothing to do with it. And frankly, I don't care if it was God or NATURE. It doesn't really matter.

It's that they truly THINK the Rights come FROM the Constitution, rather than the Constitution establishing PROTECTION of those Rights from INFRINGEMENT BY the gov't. The fact is that the Constitution PROTECTS and GUARANTEES those Rights, regardless of where or to whom we want to recognize as the original source. It. Doesn't. Matter.

We are BORN with those Rights INHERENT to our merely being alive. They don't come from the Constitution. But the Constitution DOES PROHIBIT gov't infringement.
 
There's a reason my governor invited firearms centric manufactures in CO to move back to America. Montana welcomes them! And ALL people who want to be free.

We have a long history of telling the federal government to go to hell, so I admit we are a bit unusual up here, but we are mostly a red state with a few weird outposts like Missoula.

My favorite craft brewery is Bayern in Missoula, and they used to put little sayings in their beer caps, under the seal - my favorite after Missoula went whacko was "Missoula - Just 8 miles from Montana"
