This might shock you… but I can’t stand parts of Trump… and I still support him.
I know.. crazy..
But some of you believe Trump supporters think he’s perfect… like we worship his every move..lol
Like he can do no wrong.
Like we blindly defend everything he says and does..
That’s not reality.
At least not for a lot of us…
Here’s a concept that shouldn’t be controversial:

You can support a leader’s policies…
without loving their personality.

You can agree with their direction…
without defending every decision.
That’s called being an adult…
So let me be honest.. and it might be controversial because I’m sure some of you will disagree..
But here are a few things I genuinely don’t like about Trump:
1. His social media behavior
The all caps.
The impulsive posts.
The unnecessary shots at people.
Sometimes it feels like watching a teenager with a phone.
Not everything needs to be said.
Not every comment needs a response.
There are moments where silence would be more powerful.
2. The constant self-praise
“The best ever.”
“No one’s ever done this before.”
“Only I can fix it.”
It gets old.
A lot of us who support him would rather hear:

What’s being done

What’s working

What’s next
Facts > flexing.
3. How he goes after people
Even when I agree with the criticism…
The delivery can be too much.
Call it out. Be direct. That’s fine.
But dragging it out for minutes at a time?
It adds fuel that doesn’t need to be there.
Now…
with all of that said…
Here’s why I’ve supported him anyway….
1. He’s not a scripted politician
Most politicians are polished.
They sound good.
They say the “right” things.
But it’s rehearsed.
Filtered.
Focus-grouped.
Trump isn’t that.
He’s blunt.
He’s raw.
He says what he thinks.
And whether people like it or not—
that honesty resonates with a lot of Americans.
2. He doesn’t hide
He shows up.
He takes questions.
He engages.
Even when the questions are hostile or clearly framed to trap him—
he answers.
Is he always perfect in those moments? No.
But he’s present.
And that matters.
3. He follows through
This is the biggest one.
A lot of politicians campaign on promises…
…and then walk them back once they’re in office.
What separates Trump—for many supporters—is this:

He actually tries to do what he said he would do.
Not perfectly. Not always smoothly.
But consistently.
And that builds trust.
4. He prioritizes America’s interests
You can disagree with how he does it.
But his focus is clear:

Borders

Economy

Energy

National strength
He doesn’t try to be liked globally.
He tries to position America strongly.
And a lot of Americans want that.
So no—
I don’t support Trump because I think he’s flawless.
I support him because I agree with the direction.
And here’s the part people need to understand:

Supporting someone doesn’t mean worshipping them

Criticizing someone doesn’t mean rejecting everything they do
Both things can exist at the same time.
You’re allowed to disagree with me.
That’s your right.
But reducing millions of Americans to “brainwashed”…
instead of recognizing that they weighed the pros and cons…
and made a decision—
is exactly why the divide keeps getting worse.
Some of us didn’t vote based on personality.
We voted based on what we believe the country needs
