RPR redo

I put a Timney trigger in my 308 RPR today. I’m upgrading the scope and shopping some other upgrades like a carbon fiber barrel and a can

I took it out back and put 5-6 rounds thru it. The trigger rocks.

My plan is to transform this from a very good entry level precision rifle to a legit lightweight, stealthy urban sniper rifle. Optimized for medium range.

I’ll stick with 308.

Yep... I've got a Timney Trigger (2-stage) in my RPR, too. Big upgrade for not a lot of money.

Same one I put in the CRM 6.5 RPR I used to compete with. I launched one of those trigger c clips into orbit and it’s gone forever. I had a spare.

I often disassemble or assemble parts with springs inside a box turned on its side. For those moments when the spring or associated part comes flying out. I didn’t do that this time. Murphys Law.
