If you read all the way to the end of the article, law enforcement will be able to print their own firearms. But civilians won't. More "do as I say, not as I do" laws for commiefornia.
 
It won't happen, but it'd be fun to see a "Barrett" in the 3D printer industry who refuses to sell their printers to CA govt agencies.
 
No matter what kind of laws they come up with, we the people will find a way around it.

Well, let's be fair, cops need to be able to plant "evidence" like Furman did at the OJ crime scene and in his home.
