Video Them Boyz Love Them Some Fresh Meat on the Cellblock

Kinda sad really. He will be extorted for ALLLLL that $$$$ they THINK he has/his parents spent on lavish lifestyle. PUBLIC DEFENDER!!
When his PARENTS dont pay, he will get throat fucked and they send them the video.
Not uncommon to find someone that was known to have money, hog tied, used as a sex toy and shoved up under a bunk.
We would get atleast 1 every year sometimes 3 or 4 investigations complete with gang rape videos.

He's gonna have to wear a wig now for his prison 'luvers'.
Fresh mugshot and moved to a state prison now.

Metcalf's family should immediately file a wrongful death suit and try and secure those funds that were donated to Karmelo online. Force the court to hold those funds in court bond or holding until suit settled if that can be accomplished legally.

Yeah they deserve the Fred Goldman treatment.
Nichol brown Simpson's father who sued OJ.
He once saw OJ wearing a fancy watch on TV after the suit.
And he went to court and got that watch.

I suspect they will be moving out of their 900,000 house now.

35 years isn't enough.
Had the races been reversed, it would have been life for the white kid.

He is a minor, so they couldn't give him life.
All the rumors about new cars and the $900K house were all media speculation.
But now that all the funds have been disbursed, wait and see what they buy once the media attention dies down.

Yeah, it sucks when your family is even more morally bankrupt than you are... 🙄

We both know how that fairy tale is going to end... 🙄

They did indeed get a new car. But, I do believe they up-scaled and rented the house when they relocated after the murder. My hunch is they probably rather have cash and rent, rather than invest in a real home and live a grounded life. But, that's an assumption I make there, because if his parents are older, they might very well desire a permanent home to let the gray hairs have a roof over their heads. If they were smart they would have made a home purchase BEFORE losing the murder case. Regarding a pending wrongful death suit, some homestead laws in states prevent a judgement from a suit forcing the sale of a homestead depending on the equity protection offered by statutes. Some states simply say a suit can't take a person's homestead at all. Others are not so strict.

It will also depend on who got the donations. If the perp got the donations and gifted it to his parents (doubtful), then any home assets purchased could not be pursued in a suit because it's the parents on the deed and the suit is against the son. But, that scenario could get tossed out the window if the donations occurred when he was under age 18.

Nevertheless, due to his age of majority unfolding during the build-up to the murder trial, it's probably complex. I have a hunch they didn't do much planning on funneling cash, unless lawyers got in between it to secure their representation (almost guaranteed  ). Further, a home owner can sign a contract with a law firm to put their house as a lien against pending attorney fees. I know someone who did this in a suit in a state that has full coverage for homesteads for an owner. However, the person signed their homestead protection away with a written agreement for legal representation which was collateralize with a lien on the homestead. And sure enough, years later, the case was lost and the attorneys still claimed the home even after losing. Moral to that story: don't sign your house away to attorneys no matter what's at stake.

I think Karmelo's family is gonna be stepping into more legal shit though. They better purchase some high wading boots and start selling crack, meth, fentanyl, skittles and purple drank as a side gig.

As a Minor he will be kept in Administrative Segregation- aka isolation, until his 18th birthday.
Then on his birthday EVERYONE inside will throw him a coming out party. A Cherry Popping Party. You might see him again a month or so afterwards in chow hall. Walking hard and the corners of his mouth torn and scabby.
The place is fucking horror show 24/7.

I NEVER put up with that shit, always knew where they were at lockdown. Pulled dozens out of wrong cells.
Still happens, cant be everwhere. You can smell it, adrenaline, blood, testosterone etc.
He has a VERY horrific life ahead of him. Thays what happens when ya wanna do gansta shit. Now he's a gangster for sure.

I think he turned 18 during the trial.

Yes, he did. The fact that he was only a couple of months shy of 18 when he committed murder is the only reason the death penalty was not under consideration. Really, he'll never be anything but a drain on society and putting him down like a rabid dog is the only proper thing to do. But alas, we no longer, as a society, have to stones to do what needs must.

Hold this event in the town square and at penitentiaries for repeat offenders on a bi-weekly basis.

MODERN DAY IMPLEMENTATION:

Put a big banner over the stage in neon lights that says "Respecting The Content Of Their Character."

Live broadcast the event on penitentiary cameras for inmates around the nation and simulcast on the internet.
Put the heads on a pike Vlad style in the perp's home town at city hall or the local public parks. The one in the
parks can be a permanent statue. Give Send Go for donations to event organizers and pass benefit to the victims.

This is exactly what people would have done 100+ years ago if they had the communications tools we have today and we should respect our elders and the members of all the family trees who were so smart in our history.

Very simple and cheap steps that would remove a large chunk of the hullabaloo that plagues the USA due to the passive infection of the
"do good era mindset" - constantly sold as a "modern intelligent society" and avoiding a history that was medieval  .

I'm about 12 years ahead of you... :D
I created this to troll some anti-death-penalty weenies on a CL forum. Their "argument" was that waiting for the special sauce lethal injection was "cruel and unusual" and that the death penalty in FL should be abolished. THIS was my argument... :D
