It reads not like the work of a court, but of a super-legislature imposing its ideological hostility to firearm regulations on a citizenry that never consented.

The last line of the article.

The citizenry never consented to the firearm regulations. Period.

The legislatures overstepped their boundaries when they started enacting these 'Infringements' in the first place.

And the legislatures were complicit in allowing the beareaus to adjust and change these infringements illegally.

justice brown (lower cased on purpose) and many others need to go read, or re-read, the Constitution, as well as the Federalist papers, and every other document that helped shape the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and then start doing the job that they Swore an Oath to do. Otherwise they should just shut the F up.
