Yours started out as a shockwave, right? You are good to go. Brace is legal. Grip is legal. Stock would require a stamp.

I would really enjoy a Serbu Shorty, which is an AOW and requires a stamp. I had a chance to buy one and passed. Regret!

Yeah, mine started out as a Shockwave. I added (and the removed) the pistol brace back when the status of braces was still up in the air and the ATF was trying to say that if you let it touch your shoulder, it magically transmuted into a stock. I ended up deciding I like it better in the Shockwave format, especially after adding the green Laser Saddle. I've thought about buying another one to use the adapter and brace on, so I can have one in each configuration.

Being a subgun aficionado, I like braces. I prefer the Tailhook type when paired with a metal, folding brace. My long time fav is A3 Industries
