What drill bit did you use? Lube?
Some of my bits cost more then what I drill into with them.

One of my buddies gave me shit for driving 160 miles to buy an old craftsman drill press when I could buy a Chynermans from the freight store.
I own 3 drill idexes. One a good American drill bit set, the other two are crooked chynermans
