Ruger lc carbine 10mm

Any one own the Ruger lc carbine?
I guess any of them but I own the 10mm.
I just want to know if you've kept the factory folding stock?
The hinge smacks me in the lip and I might do something with it or replace it.

Went shooting today for a bit but left the magazines at home so only a handful of shots on target.
And it hits hard from a carbine.

Ok, I discovered the hinge is reversible to fold the other way.
This will hopefully alleviate that bump that's hitting my lip.
I also found out that a regular ar15 stock will fit after you remove the short thing Ruger puts on. Longer pull this way.
I may still totally take the hinge apart and taper the ledge that you need to push down on to extend it out from the side.
Quicker deployment.
