Help! PF9ss Issues

That leads me to believe the frame holes (specifically the trigger housing holes) were mis-drilled. And it's jacking up that trigger housing assembly. Is that possible? Just spitballing here.
I doubt that. I used a dremel workstation and my holes seem to be 100% correct.

Also, I put the housing in an unfinished pf9ss frame and it sat the same way (not flush)

Yeah dude, it’s all OEM bought from marinegunbuilder. I made sure to get the G43 OEM lpk and oem g43x slide. I just filed off a good amount off the top of my ejector as it was literally scraping away at the bottom of my slide. I have no words 😂 My pf940c and pf940v2 went together like legos with OEM parts and this pf9ss is just straight trouble.
My P80 G43 clone went together without a bump. I put a PSA slide on it. I haven't shot it much because I prefer the Dagger Micro and the genuine G43x over the P80. Even so, I put a couple hundred rounds thru the PFss and it ran fine.

I have on rare occasion received parts that were mislabeled and didnt fit. I eventually settled on No Quarter, Rook, and NDZ as a source for lower parts. Most of my slides are Zaffiri or Norsso and I’d usually buy the slide parts kit from them. OEM parts are the sure thing but I never had a single issue with aftermarket parts from the vendors I mentioned here. Or OEM for that matter. Couple of times of eBay… wrong part sent or it was mislabeled. Also cheap pin kits from eBay that were oversized.

For what it's worth I also put a Johnny Glock 4311 trigger on a PSA Dagger Micro, which is a G43 clone. Johnny only uses OEM parts then works his magic on them. I was expecting some fitment issues because the Daggers are a bit different from most 80% DIY frames out there - but there weren’t any.

It’s either the wrong trigger housing or the pin holes are not where they should be as Racer suggested. I see no other possibilities. The likelihood of the frame being irregular is highly unlikely - as is the slide being out of spec.

If the glove don't fit, you must acquit!

I don’t know, I just emailed MGB about this and he said that the P80 mold and rails for this frame were subpar and the trigger housing will sit (not) flush, causing issues. He also confirmed that he sent me the right trigger housing

Don’t have any single stack housings. Only double stack- which don’t fit

Of course... you have to use the right housing. What about buying another housing and see if it helps? Maybe this one is out of spec somehow.

Yep. Im gonna try to file this down a little and make it work, and if anything unexpected happens I’ll just get a new housing.

Strange. That G43 P80 clone was a popular build. I can’t recall hearing about the frame being flaky. Mine was not. But that is of course a sample of one.

My rear rails were Rook. I usually tossed the stamped P80 rails.

The only time I struggled with getting a trigger dialed in was a Timney on the P80 Compact. I didn’t want to modify the housing because it would void the warranty and any hope of a refund. I ended up putting the trigger in an OEM Glock and it fit perfectly. Timney tech support was uninterested once I mentioned P80. They said… not supported.
