Are you sure you have the right barrel / locking block combo parts?
 
Update: operates fine now, just needed to sand down the flat crossbar area of the lug ramp till it racked, now it just needs polishing. But yes if you encounter this with an sc model with oem p80 silver block, then yeah it’s that lug ramp being too tall.

And spare pf series blocks are sold on noquarter innovations alone or in a pair to all interested or who don’t feel like putting the extra elbow grease into modding the block
