We had a racoon in our patio the other night. (sorry, no pics) He came in through the cat "door". The "door" is just the corner of a screen that the cat pushed out so we've left it unrepaired and he hasn't damaged any other screens. I've also seen the racoons in the yard at night--they are VERY bold.
I'm still undecided if I'm going to deter or befriend...
