Open carry now legal in Florida?

Reading the Opinion now. Floridians need to hold on to their hats and make sure the Florida Legislature DOES NOT give Gun-Buster signage the force of Law. . .GOD I HOPE NOT! :unsure:
 
Florida kind of already had a "semi"-open carry law. Meaning, if your concealed piece happened to be exposed "accidentally", it was not a violation of open or concealed carry laws.

I don't see how that would be interpreted as "semi open carry."
