I am not familiar with them, but I would expect a confirmation from any company. Maybe someone else here will know more about this company in particular.

I've done business with DLD in the past. I don't remember, but I'm sure i got some kind of confirmation from them. They are a reputable business and I would try to contact them.
They've been in business for awhile and I've never heard any bad about them.
They are on the confirmed vendor list here and I'm sure there are a few others who have done business with them in the past.
