Video Covid: Don’t Let Them Off The Hook (I'm STILL pissed!)

The maskfucks are still trolling us by airing reruns from the dumbass era. 😠 Most recent rerun was "Dr. Jeff, Rocky Mountain Vet" (Denver) and everyone has masks on even outside... But the animals were unmasked... šŸ¤”

There's a lady in my neighborhood who rides a bike wearing a mask AND a face shield.... STILL.

I occasionally see a person wearing a mask. I don't let it bother me--maybe they have some kind of respiratory illness and HAVE to wear it? Pre-Fauxrona, I always marveled at the large numbers of Chinese/Japanese that routinely wore masks when out and about. Here in the US, I considered such people potential criminals hiding their identity and I still do... :devilish:

Oh yeah those dumb ass "sheisty" mask all the ghetto urbanites are wearing lol.

You're not using good examples. They SUCCESSFULLY sued the city and won a significant award. In other words, what the CITY did was UNLAWFUL.

The city of Moscow announced this week that it would settle with Gabriel Rench, as well as Sean and Rachel Bohnet, who brought a case against city leaders in March 2021 that alleged their rights under the First and Fourth Amendments were violated when they were arrested at an outdoor "psalm sing" conducted by leaders from their church in September 2020.

While they were ARRESTED, it was an UNLAWFUL arrest. So, I suppose I should have been more specific... Find a case where the citizens who refused to obey the RULES were found guilty of breaking a LAW. A case where they had to pay fines or serve time in jail with an actual statute cited. I know there were many UNLAWFUL arrests.

The 2nd case was in NEW JERSEY. That alone speaks volumes. NJ isn't America. And according to the story, the plaintiffs (citizens) failed in their claim of 1A violations. But at the same time, they were apparently not found guilty of any crime or infraction (involving covid policies)... other than trespassing, which is obvious and another matter entirely.

Honestly, I would have fucking LOVED it if I had been arrested for failing to comply with the RULES on my own property or public property. Seriously. I know better than to trespass. I'm not going to refuse to leave private property when asked for ANY reason. If they ask you to leave 'cuz your ugly, you have to LEAVE. It can be for ANY reason (including not wearing a face diaper or a clown nose).

Oh, to be CLEAR... it does not "bother" me at all. If she had a respiratory illness, she wouldn't be riding a bike. I also still see people wearing masks while driving in their cars alone. Pointing out the brainwashing and paranoia does not mean it "bothers" me. It's simply an observation.

In any case, I suspect the general public will not be as compliant next time they try this shit. And there WILL be a next time. There will be a majority that WILL comply, but I believe the non-compliant minority will be considerably bigger than last time... making it much harder to enforce the rules and policies and edicts.

I didn't comply last time, and I won't comply the next time. And I WELCOME any opposition to the exercise of my Rights, including to travel about and work at my job. Come and fucking get me. I said that very thing quite publicly last time. I'll keep saying it. I could use the pay day and perhaps even more importantly the victory for Freedom.

Once again:

On Thursday, Hazelo was found guilty of one count of second-degree criminal trespass and one count of felony unlawful entry into an election facility.

The felony was NOT refusal to wear a mask. Of course it wasn't, because there is no law requiring wearing a mask. But if you are asked to leave a property for not following it's rules / policies... or for ANY other reason, and refuse.... it's trespassing. And with election facilities there are additional laws regarding entry.

It's exactly the same as being asked to leave a property for carrying a gun. You have your 2A Rights, and you may even be licensed to carry.... BUT, if they ask you to leave, YOU HAVE TO LEAVE. Period. It's a violation of their "no guns" rule or policy, despite it being legal for you to carry a gun. If you refuse to leave, it's not just trespassing... In this case, it's armed or criminal trespassing.... a higher charge than normal trespassing. If it's an election facility (a prohibited place), it's an even higher charge.

LOL, like arguing people don't die from cancer, we know why they died even if their death certificate said the cause was pneumonia. Let's see, not wearing a mask, arrested and thrown in jail and convicted of a crime. All stems from not wearing a mask as if they were wearing a mask they would not have been arrested. The name of the crime they are convicted of is a technicality.

The wife of a client in those days made a stink about me not wearing a mask while 'on duty'. I told the client that his wife should be more worried about the psycho that has been sending you and your family death threats. I told him I considered the mask a handicap. If you wan't masked security, hire mall cops to keep you safe. Good luck.

I never heard another word about masks.

The only time I wore one was in airports. Unless we were flying private. Then no.

There were times when someone would say something to me while escorting a client once place to another. It was usually some Karen or a security Blart who has been told to make sure everyone entering a building is masked. My license looks something like law enforcement or fed agent credentials. I'd show my ticket and promptly tell them to fuck off if it became necessary.

One of the guys on our crew for a short while was an Army lifer. Airborne. Combat vet Iraq and Afghanistan. A total badass. He refused the jab and they discharged him. Stupid. This dude was the real deal. Born to be a warrior.

These are the three charges one gets for failure to comply with a mask rule. Yes, you can get arrested for not complying with a mask mandate, but the charges do not say for "not wearing a mask." The judge will speak to it and say it is for not wearing a mask, but the legal charges based on the framework of existing laws are for trespass, as you've noted, disorderly conduct, or obstruction of justice.

The actions that escalate a mask dispute can lead to formal criminal charges. These charges are based on established statutes that predate any pandemic.

Criminal trespass is charged when a person knowingly remains on a property without permission after being asked to leave. Penalties for this misdemeanor offense often include fines, probation, or a short jail sentence.

Disorderly conduct, or disturbing the peace, covers behavior that is disruptive or violent enough to alarm the public. A conviction for this misdemeanor can result in fines and potential jail time.

A more serious charge is resisting an officer or obstruction of justice. This occurs when an individual hinders an officer performing legal duties, such as by refusing to follow a lawful command. This offense can be charged as either a misdemeanor or a felony.

I've been wearing N95 masks for decades. When I'm sanding and grinding and don't want the "nuisance" dust entering my lungs. I'll use them until the outside gets grey (but inside is still white).

Interestingly, it was quickly proven that the Fauxrona virus could defeat most masks anyway, especially the cloth ones with logos and such that were all the rage.

Trumpy really pissed me off when he commandeered ALL masks for first responders to be able to use until supply caught up with demand. Hearing all the warnings about masking and such, I found this out when I went into my local Lowe's and the shelves were bare of particle masks! Fortunately, I had a half-dozen or so left in stock and I used those probably longer than I normally would have. I used to pay about $25 for 20 3M N95 masks made in North America (the US and Canada). Getting down to my last 2, I bought a 20pk on debay for over $80 because I needed them to be able to work. Yes, that's $5 each! By then, China had geared up and "cheap" Chinee masks were available but I was (am) convinced those masks were impregnated with mind-control substances. ;)

100% of the public was wearing / using masks and gloves incorrectly. Not 99%. 100% of the lay public.

Tyranny is perpetrated by mass quantities of ordinary people who have been convinced that they are serving a righteous cause. Very few go all in to something they believe to be inherently evil.
Agree 100%

An example is the Rona. You have relatives who are no longer part of your life because of their strident belief in the vaccine, masks, isolation and shutdowns, right? Did they believe those things were going to help or hurt the population? Why or why not? The evidence is clear that the vaccines rolled out under Operation Warp Speed were usless at stopping covid, as were masks and isolation which itself brought along many unexpected (?) consequences.
Mark Twain described it best and perfectly:
"It is easier to fool people than it is to convince them they've been fooled."

One of those consequences is that now people in a different media bubble have come to believe ALL vaccines are bad. In 2026 measles is making a comeback in the USA (!!!).
Well... when the CDC and other health "authorities" LIE, this is what happens. It only takes ONE lie to lose ALL credibility. What did they think was going to happen?

How much of your day is spent on TikTok? The app was developed by the CCP and blocked in their own country, because, reasons. Congress passed a law banning it. The president signed the law. SCOTUS upheld the constitutionality of the law. Yet it has not been enforced for over a year.
I have spent a grand total of ZERO seconds on TikTok. I've never been on it. Literally not a single second. Never even opened the website to look.

The great beauty of our Constitution, the thing that wrote American Exceptionalism into existence, is the requirement for persuasion and compromise to get anything done. The media and news bubbles we are living in has made those two concepts seem weak and unpatriotic. Our Founders saw a small, slow and unresponsive government as a feature, not a bug.
I tell liberals that ALL the time. Don't like the Constitution? AMEND IT! There's a mechanism to do that very thing. It's not easy... intentionally. But know this: Our Constitutional Rights are subject neither to the democratic process (majority vote) nor to arguments grounded in social utility (like an "emergency" or "pandemic").

Racer and Bob, keep posting from your heterodox sources. It is important and patriotic to get ideas out in the public square to be debated on the merits. Even in a small public square one like PGB.

Food for thought: if a known liar makes a true assertion, is that assertion true or false? Racer, you brought up a great example with the CDC. Like it or not it is politicized and has been for a long time. Dismissing everything they say as wrong because of the source can have consequences. Like with vaccines. Have you seen the new Food Pyramid? It has basically been flipped upside down from what I learned as a kid. How do we know which version is true? Take it for the $.02 it is worth but we need to seek out news from a variety of sources in order to discern the truth the best we can as finite human beings. Information control is where the battle is, never have we had more at our thumbtips. What are we going to do with it all?

I had to look that up... ;) I probably knew it but it had been so long I forgot it. I'm getting Kelly Bundy brain, I guess... :D

I don't necessarily have "sources". The wife watches Fox, CNN and MSNBCow and I'll occasionally catch some of those broadcasts. I don't mind a little comedy with my news so I'll watch Gutfeld! and Phil Maher on gootoob if they pop up in my gootoob feed. The Daily Show is not funny so I do NOT watch that.

I get townhall.com email once/twice a day and sometimes click on the story links. Many of the authors are alarmists so I don't often read those. I also get Prager U but never read it--I probably should unsub. I KNOW that both "sides" spew misinformation and I critically discern info even from "good" sources.

I also listen to NPR and BBC at night (same station). The BBC DOES have some very interesting content, usually of a scientific nature. But their newscasts are pukingly biased. NPR is far less listenable...

I'll watch The Florida Channel on the local college station (OTA) for the state gov't goings-on, bills, etc. as the legislation is in session.

I didn't say I was dismissing everything they say. But many in the general public will. I will say that I used to have confidence in such agencies, and now I have VERY LITTLE confidence in them. I won't entirely dismiss what they say in the future, but I will continue to do MY OWN research... Just like I did for covid, which is when I found out they were LYING. This was provably (easily) intentional lying.

I'm a researcher by nature. And I have a background that allows me to read most literature and have SOME understanding of it.

The truth is that the ACTUAL scientific literature contradicted the public narrative from our government agencies. The crazy part is that when I dared to point it out to anyone, I was excoriated and in many cases excommunicated.

Here's the thing... to answer your question....
<<<Food for thought: if a known liar makes a true assertion, is that assertion true or false?>>>

Answer: It doesn't matter.
They lied. They intentionally LIED. It doesn't matter what they say in the future. What is truly unreasonable is for you, them, or anyone else to EXPECT the public to forget about it or to forgive them for it. Even more unreasonable is to expect people to put ANY trust in what they say in the future. In this case, it wasn't a little lie. This lie had UNFATHOMABLE consequences... economic.... psychological... relationships.... ability to make a living.... ability to be Free.... etc. Not only are they unfathomable, they are permanent and impossible to rectify or recover.

It reminds me of the wife beater who swears he won't hit her again. Even if he's telling the truth... should he be trusted? Should she forgive him?

Take it for the $.02 it is worth but we need to seek out news from a variety of sources in order to discern the truth the best we can as finite human beings. Information control is where the battle is, never have we had more at our thumbtips. What are we going to do with it all?

It's also amusing that you suggested doing your own homework, so to speak.... Which I agree with! It's amusing because a certain side of the political spectrum MOCKED anyone for "doing their own research." Even I was mocked, and I'm actually qualified to read and understand the research (again... to a degree, depending on the subject). I was mocked, excoriated, excommunicated, and socially rejected because I dared to do exactly what you rightly suggested. Ironically, I was mocked by NON-scientists who donned the mantle of "trust the science" and using it as a cudgel, and my background (training / education) IS SCIENCE!

And that was EXACTLY the plan for the tyrants. Five years later, and not a single person who discarded me has come back to apologize or reconcile. NOT ONE FUCKING PERSON. (Yeah, I'm still pissed.)

There has to be a name for this logical fallicy. It is the flip side of Appeal to Authority. Flood the information space with bullsh!t so truths will be recieved as lies. It is a tactic of manipulation. This is probably why measles is returning.

I share your distrust of what motivates many of our Federal agencies. I still got the shingles vaccine. And boy did both shots kick my ass!

People are wondering who is the leader of the Democrat party. I will tell you who: Donald J. Trump! They listen to everything he says and stake out whatever position is 180 degrees opposed to whatever he tweeted at 3am this morning. Unfortunately he is also prone to the same manipulation. Walz and Frey and their merry band of paid #resist staff have taken the air completely out of the huge fraud allegations in that state. I would like to see ICE and CBP leave Minnesota and FBI come in to investigate the fraud. It would be a lot harder to spin the story of having a riot show up to that investigation as a righteous social justice action.
