Video Ay, ay, ay... People are STUPID (with guns).

The last indoor range I shot at was in Virginia Beach in the late 80s and I really enjoyed being one of the few people shooting something larger than a 25 or 32. Most visits the range would get half emptied after my first volley of 357 Magnum with at least one person making some sort of G D cannon comment. Other times I would have to put up with little 25 cases flying over to blinders between lanes as someone did a mag dump.

The most enjoyable visit was when I brought my friend with his 44 Magnum revolver. Plan was for me to fire a couple rounds and as soon as someone started saying something about it he let loose all 6 rounds in rapid succession. Plan worked flawlessly as everyone else packed up their guns and left. We were still laughing about it when the store manager came in, asked us to kindly not do that again, then gave each of us a box of ammo and spent the next hour shooting with us.

25yrs ago I'm at a public outdoor range in Broward Co., FL shooting with my cousin and brother. My cousin has a Hi-Power, my brother a Deagle .44. :) All the old-timers next to us shooting .38s and .22s. We shot up a couple boxes of 9mm then bro breaks out the .44 and does a mag dump: "BOOSH!BOOSH!BOOSH!BOOSH!BOOSH!BOOSH!BOOSH!" All the old-timers peering around the edge of the stalls like in Robocop! :D RO came over and gave a stern warning that he didn't want his target stands shot up and to not to do it again, but we were just about done, anyway. :)

Was he hitting the target stands?

Desensitize Training? Prepping for pressure under fire?
Neither. Dumbfuckery. That in no way prepares someone for pressure under fire. There is also no such thing as desensitizing training.

This is what old fat fucks with low IQs do instead of those young guys that jump from one urban rooftop to another to prove something. The only thing it proves is how dumb they are.

It's been suggested this lard ass doing the shooting hosts 'protection services' training camps in Mexico and elsewhere in Latin America. Whatever that is.

Here's the Chinese variation. :)

The video I posted is from the comedy "Super Troopers". Highly recommended! :) PPS: SPOILER ALERT!!! if you read past "Plot" in the wiki! ;)
The vid Racer posted embedded itself somehow... :(

PS: regarding the first video, is the "instructor" getting them used to loud gunfire, or trying to deafen them so they don't hear it anymore?

Gravity always wins in the end... :devilish:

These parkour guys and their counterparts who climb on or hang from tall structures end up dead. Darwin Award winners.

Boys and girls who are in love with danger? I have the perfect job for them. Enlist. There's nothing more exciting than going places where the enemy wants to kill you. Best bet: Ukraine is welcoming volunteers.

This makes base jumping seem safe.

Growing up on Aquidneck Island in RI, we had any number of interesting places to go when a teen. Dozens of beaches and swimming holes. One beach, Sachuest (2nd) Beach in Middletown is adjacent to a natural chasm called "Purgatory Chasm". (not to be confused with the P.C. in Sutton, MA ;) )

Easily walkable from the beach there is a small foot bridge over it you can look down into the chasm from. You can also climb the rocks to get directly to the gap of 6'-8'. Yes, I've jumped it! Dozens of times. I don't recall anyone I know getting injured but I'm sure Darwin has pushed a few in... :D

I've also swam all the way in from the ocean--probably 500'+? That presents its own dangers of getting crushed by the surf.

I wouldn't be surprised if they've fenced it off by now so no one can jump across--fucking safety Nazis! 😠 AND fucking slipnfalls suing the town or state (probably), litigating lack of personal responsibility and risk acceptance!
