While I applaud all efforts toward this end, I'm not holding my breath. Remember the HPA that didn't get any traction even with majority on both house and senate. And that was just silencers, not all NFA.

I agree but every time it gets talked about the better the chance that it might happen. Look how constitutional Carry is passing in states right now. 10 years ago I was saying the same thing Constitutional Carry.While I applaud all efforts toward this end, I'm not holding my breath. Constitutional Carry is passed at the state level.
You're going to need a super majority in both house and senate and a POTUS that will sign it into law. A very tall order indeed. I'd love to see it, but there is going to have to be a major upheaval in foggy bottom for that to happen.
I think it's BETTER that it's done at the state level. If it was passed at the national level, it's more likely that compromises, conditions, restrictions, and addendums to the bill would TAKE more than it would give. Be careful what you wish for.

Yes! Would love to see the NFA dismantled! Just the thought gives me goosebumps! 
And now Ohio's Constitutional Carry is going to the Gov.'s desk. Man, I'm hoping.
I already have my CC, but I would love to see more everyday citizens arming themselves against the dirtbags that target them. Here's to everyone being more responsible for our own safety and the safety of our loved ones!

Yeah... I was really hoping for that to go through. But, I wasn't surprised when it didn't.
If they won't even allow simple mufflers to protect our hearing, no way they're going to surrender control over SBRs and automatics.
