Not far fetched. I’m still dealing with a three letter agency on things I legally purchased maybe 5 to 10 years ago. All it takes is a three letter agency ignoring the guidelines of Chevron, an unconstitutional executive order, lawmakers who pick and choose what part of the Constitution they like, or DOJ that has gone haywire.
