Is this the actual video that went with the caption? I didn't see anything "immediate" about the perp shooting although it DID look like he got lead poisoning once he got questioned by the cops and went for his gun. :unsure: And did he survive?

Yeah.... I noticed that (timing) discrepancy, too. The video looks real to me.

OK.... did a search. This happened in 2021. The perp did not survive.

Had a Paramedic friend that said they get combative when you hit them with the Narcan and it instantly kills their high.
 
Sounds like the firefighter just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Perp just started aiming for uniforms... :(
